Viththaldas Thakordas Choksi was the main donor. Previously he was a Primary teacher in surat. He left the job and started business of jewelry in surat and Bombay. He earned a lot in the business. He had no son but a daughter only. He donated all his properties three bungalows with huge land at parle point - Lal bungalow area of surat city to sarvajanik education society.
